The use of performance enhancing drugs and doping practices by those taking part in the 2019 WRCC is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Doping Testing will be conducted by random selection during the Championships.
All participants of 2019 WRCC shall comply fully with the latest Anti-Doping Rules of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee and the Anti-Doping Bye-Laws of FISA. The OC reserves the right to communicate details of any breach to the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and the Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee and FISA.
All rowers, entourage, coaches, volunteers and staff have a right to participate and work in a non-violent, safe and respectful
environment. Behaviour and actions that constitute harassment and abuse shall not be tolerated. If you have concerns regarding harassment and abuse whilst you are at this World Rowing event, please contact the Event Safeguarding Officer –
